We want you to enjoy your skincare products as soon as possible, so we aim to process and dispatch all online orders quickly.

Shipping within Australia

• Standard Shipping: $12 Australia-wide

• Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $120

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• If a product is marked pre-order, dispatch may take 5–10 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Store Pickup

Store pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their order in person.

You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

As Ammara is an appointment-only clinic, please contact us before arriving to arrange a suitable pickup time.
