Application Tip

Before lipstick application apply this smooth, waterproof formula to the border of the lips for a natural finish. To enhance and define lip shape apply on the outer edges of the lip line for a fuller appearance. Alternatively, to increase the staying power of your lipstick, outline and fill the entire lip with Velvet Lip Liner followed by lipstick or gloss application on top.
